These Terms Of Purchase constitute a legally binding contract between you, the customer, and our business entity, governing all product orders placed through our website. These terms regulate offer acceptance, order validation, pricing, payment rules, product descriptions, inventory, shipping obligations, title transfer, risk of loss, return rights, warranty, product disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute resolution for every purchase made on our platform. Product descriptions, photographs, renderings, dimensions, material specifications, and color swatches are prepared as accurately as possible. However, screen display differences, lighting conditions during photography, natural material variations, and manual measurement tolerances may create minor differences between the digital image and the physical item. Natural wood grain, fabric texture variations, and subtle finish shifts are normal characteristics of furniture and are not considered product defects. We make reasonable efforts to keep inventory status up to date, but real-time inventory synchronization is not perfect. In rare cases, an item may sell out between the moment you complete checkout and when our warehouse processes your order. If inventory depletion occurs after you place the order, we will notify you promptly and offer the options of waiting for restock, selecting an alternate product, or canceling the order for a full refund. We are not liable for damages resulting from inventory shortages beyond refunding the amount you paid for the unavailable item.

Shipping obligations are governed fully by our Shipping Policy. Orders ship within one to three business days after payment verification, with estimated delivery between six and twelve business days. We cover all shipping costs and all customs duties and import taxes for every global order. Title and risk of loss for purchased goods transfer to you at the moment the carrier accepts possession of the package from our warehouse. Once the shipment is handed over to the logistics provider, we retain no liability for loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit, except for the damage claim procedures outlined in our Shipping Policy. You are responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery and reporting shipping damage within the required timeframe.

Return and refund rights are defined by our Refund Policy. You have sixty days from carrier delivery confirmation to request a return for most products. Returned merchandise must meet condition requirements, and refunds are processed five to ten business days after warehouse inspection approval. Custom, built-to-order items, final sale goods, digital products, and gift cards are excluded from standard return eligibility. These return terms form part of this purchase contract.

Warranty provisions apply to manufacturing defects. Our warranty covers failures arising from poor materials or faulty craftsmanship under normal household use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper assembly, accidents, impacts, stains, scratches, environmental exposure, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or commercial overuse. Warranty claims require photographic proof of the defect. Orders placed after the revision date are subject to the updated Terms Of Purchase. Orders already confirmed for fulfillment before the update remain governed by the version of terms active at the time of order confirmation. If any clause within these Terms Of Purchase is held invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
